The fit is a standard width, so if you need extra room across the foot, take the next size up. If a size misses, we exchange it within 30 days — write to us and we will sort it.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after each wear. Condition with a colourless leather balm every few months. Store in the dust bag provided, away from direct heat. The creases you earn are the ones that make it yours.

Where are your shoes made?
San Mauro Pascoli, Emilia-Romagna the same district that has produced Italy's finest footwear for three generations. The leather is vacchetta, vegetable-tanned over 30 days at the Walpier tannery in Santa Croce sull'Arno. San Diego California is also where some of our shoes are asembled. We will always tell you exactly where, and exactly by whom.
How long does delivery take?
5 to 15 business days worldwide. We don't rush the making, but we don't make you wait for the shipping. You'll receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves the atelier.
Do you ship internationally?
Everywhere. Complimentary on all orders over $100. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.
What is your returns policy?
14 days. No forms, no penalties, no questions that make you feel like a defendant. If it isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns are always free.
Will the leather change over time?
Yes — and that is the point. Vacchetta is a living material. It will crease where you crease, deepen where you walk, and become, over time, entirely yours. We consider this a feature, not a flaw.
How do I know which size to order?
Our shoes fit true to American size across all styles. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up — the vacchetta leather will soften and shape to your foot within a few wears. Our size guide lives on every product page, and if you're still uncertain, write to us.
