What style is VIA NOVA?
Our shoes are inspired by Mediterranean, old money style: classic loafers, Derbys, Oxfords and sandals with clean lines and refined details, designed to look good with both tailoring and casual outfits.
How do your shoes fit?
Most of our styles fit true to size. If you're between sizes, or want more room across the foot, we recommend going up half a size. Every product page has a size chart to help you choose.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days, and express shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What if the size isn't right?
Unworn items in their original condition and packaging can be exchanged for a different size or colour, or returned for store credit, within 30 days of delivery. Just contact us first to start your request.
How do I care for my shoes?
Wipe leather styles with a soft, dry cloth and condition them every few months. For suede, use a soft brush and a suede protector. Store your shoes away from direct heat.
