"I wore these all day and forgot I was wearing heels. That has never happened before."
Description +
The shoe that looks like it has a story.

The Eloise doesn't do obvious. A structured linen ribbon, a gold metallic ring, smooth leather — three things that shouldn't work together and somehow look like they were always meant to. Pointed toe. Low block heel. The kind of silhouette that reads vintage from across the room and modern up close.

Slip them on. Watch how many people ask where you got them.

Built-in arch support and a cushioned orthopedic insole mean the compliments keep coming long after hour one.

Available in black, cream, and sand.

- Smooth leather-effect upper
- Structured linen ribbon with gold metallic ring detail
- Pointed-toe mule silhouette
- Low block heel
- Built-in arch support
- Cushioned orthopedic insole
- Fits true to size

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after each wear. Condition with a colourless leather balm every few months. Store in the dust bag provided, away from direct heat. The creases you earn are the ones that make it yours.

Didn't expect this result...

"I wore the these to a work dinner and got three compliments before I even sat down. I've been searching for shoes that look expensive without destroying my feet by 7pm. Finally found them."

I am obsessed!!!

"Ordered two pairs at once because I couldn't decide. No regrets. The quality feels like something I'd pay twice as much for somewhere else. My sister immediately asked where I got them."

Heels lasted the entire date

"I'm on my feet all day and I'm very particular about comfort. These are the first heels I've worn in two years that I didn't take off by noon. Genuinely shocked."

Grain in the leather didn't disappoint

"The photos don't do them justice. In person the quality is so much more apparent — the leather, the finish, the way they hold their shape. Worth every penny and then some."

Real Italian feel.

"Wore these on a trip to Italy. Cobblestones, long days, a lot of walking. My feet were fine. My outfit was perfect. I lived in them for two weeks straight."

Hesitant

"I was hesitant to order shoes online from a brand I didn't know. Took the chance anyway. They arrived beautifully packaged, fit perfectly true to size, and look even better in person. I'll be back."

They just feel right

"These are the shoes I reach for when everything else in my closet feels wrong. They make whatever I'm wearing look more intentional. That's a hard thing to find at any price point."

This company earned their place

"Bought these on a whim and they've become the most-worn shoes I own. My mom asked to borrow them. My coworker ordered her own pair. That says everything."

FAQ

Where are your shoes made?

San Mauro Pascoli, Emilia-Romagna — the same district that has produced Italy's finest footwear for three generations. The leather is vacchetta, vegetable-tanned over 30 days at the Walpier tannery in Santa Croce sull'Arno. We will always tell you exactly where, and exactly by whom.

How long does delivery take?

3 to 5 business days worldwide. We don't rush the making, but we don't make you wait for the shipping. You'll receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves the atelier.

Do you ship internationally?

Everywhere. Complimentary on all orders over $100. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.

What is your returns policy?

14 days. No forms, no penalties, no questions that make you feel like a defendant. If it isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns are always free.

Will the leather change over time?

Yes — and that is the point. Vacchetta is a living material. It will crease where you crease, deepen where you walk, and become, over time, entirely yours. We consider this a feature, not a flaw.

How do I know which size to order?

Our shoes fit true to American size across all styles. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up — the vacchetta leather will soften and shape to your foot within a few wears. Our size guide lives on every product page, and if you're still uncertain, write to us.

I have a question not answered here.

Write to us at hello@maison.com. We respond within one business day. No automated replies, no ticket numbers — a person who knows the product will answer you.
