Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

14-Day Return Policy You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. We ask for this not to make things difficult — but because we want the next customer to receive something as beautiful as what you received.

To begin a return, email us at support@vianovastudio.co. We will send you step-by-step instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Delivered But Not Received If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, we are happy to help. First check your mailbox, front porch, any safe delivery spots, and ask a neighbour. Then wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If it is still missing after that, email us at support@vianovastudio.co with your order number and confirmed shipping address and we will sort it out. Please note that refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered — we will issue a one-time replacement instead.

Refunds Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post it. If it has been more than 15 business days and you have not seen it, email us and we will look into it immediately.

Wrong Item Ordered Please double-check your size and colour selection before placing your order — if you are unsure about anything, reach out before you buy and we will help. If you realise you have ordered the wrong item, email us immediately at support@vianovastudio.co and we will do our best to cancel before it ships. Once an order has shipped we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect selections.

Incorrect Address We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot make changes once an order is processing. If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error at checkout, we can help you place a replacement order at a reduced cost — though additional shipping charges will apply. Please take a moment to confirm your address before completing your order.
